For service requests, only approximate locations (within a ~3 mile area) are shown publicly. Exact addresses, phone numbers, and emails are never displayed publicly. Before a customer pays for an accepted job, this private information stays private — messaging alone does not reveal it. Once a customer has successfully paid for an accepted job through the platform, the necessary job details, including the exact service address, are shared with the chosen provider so they can complete the work.

5. AI & Automated Processing
